GRADE REQUIREMENT KATA & TECHNIQUE VIDEOS

The videos below demonstrate the techniques and Kata’s you need to know to achieve the various belt rankings. They have been performed here at a generally slower more ‘monotone’ speed than they would be practiced in ‘real life’. This is to make the moves easier to follow to assist in the learning process. Once you have learned the pattern you will still need to see your instructor (on the Dojo Floor) to receive guidance on the finer nuances and applications of each Kata, especially the timing and application of hard and soft movements.
